Goal
I would like to add this table to my science center as a way to investigate different materials for our sensory seeking children, this will help them use fine motor skills and help them search and learn. I would also like to put the magnet building set in math and blocks as a fun way for the kids to build creatively with 3d shapes.
What will be done with my students
Both of these tools will be used daily in the classroom for hands on learning and developing fine motor skills as well as problem solving.

Students will have access to sensory materials that help them learn and problem solve independently. While these items are expensive, they will benefit my students greatly.
Describe the Students
My students are a mix of high performers as well as low performers. They are all hands on and are currently learning how to be independent in their centers.
Budget Narrative
The light sensory table will be used as a way to investigate in areas of math, science and fine motor skills. The magnet builders will be used in math and block centers as a way to create and build with 3d shapes to implement higher thinking and use problem solving.
