Goal
My goal is to provide my teachers with resources, supplies, treats and gifts so that they can be motivated and feel confident and secure in their ability to improve student literacy rates.

What will be done with my students
This project will benefit students by improving academic performance. It will also ensure that students have essential supplies. This project will also enable educators to implement, diverse teaching strategies and activities that will cater to different learning styles and abilities. Lastly, this project will help increase teacher morale and enhance teachers effectiveness.
Binders will be used in classroom for students to keep their completed work.
Greeting cards will be used after I visit a teachers class to write a thanks for having me in your class note.
All snacks will be used in my office for teachers to enjoy during planning.
Pens and lined sticky notes will be used as prizes for teachers when they come and join optional trainings to support enhance their learning for student academics growth.
I have already started the process of growing my teachers in planning just without the needed supplies to encourage participation. I feel that if I these items, more teachers will come.
Results of academic growth will be measured by quarterly progress monitoring state test. If my teachers grow the students should grow.
Benefits to my students
These motivated teachers may seek out professional development, opportunities, incorporate innovative teaching methods, and invest more effort into lesson planning, all of which can improve student engagement and academic outcomes.
