Goal
The goal of this Grant would be to help fill my classroom library with grade appropriate books and stories our students would truly love to read based on their interests.

What will be done with my students
My students have constant open access to my library and it is currently set up as an oasis for them to get comfortable. However, since coming to 5th grade from the lower grades, I do not have as many grade level books for them to choose from.
Benefits to my students
The biggest benefit for my students will be to provide them with grade level texts as well as more options for texts to challenge them to read above grade level books. I asked my students to provide me with some of their favorite authors and series so that I can fill my library with book that they will be interested in with the hopes of helping them fall in love with reading.

All of the money would going directly through purchasing these books through Amazon. There would be no additional shipping costs.
