Goal

To establish an annual trip to Busch Gardens to celebrate gains and achievement within the field of Biology.

Category

School-Wide, Grade-Level, Or Class Events/Programs - Parent Nights, Honor Roll Celebrations, EOY Events, etc.

What will be done with my students

Students will receive transportation/bussing to Busch Gardens to celebrate all of their hard work throughout the year.

Benefits to my students

Students get to experience animals first hand that they do not normally have access to in our community.

Ideally, we would like to have this program 100% funded by donations as Immokalee students are from a low-income community. But any donation received towards this endeavor reduces student cost for ticket and transportation.

Thank you for your consideration.

Budget Narrative

Ticket costs are $80 per student, ideally we can take all students on this trip. That is 200-600 students. (16,000-48,000)

Bus Transportation (school buses)(2-8) ~500 per bus. (1000-4000)
