Goal
To include all students regardless of reading level in a school wide reading reward incentive program.

What will be done with my students
This incentive program will inspire student to read at their level and be rewarded for their efforts weather they are reading on grade level, above or below grade level or new to the English language. Students will use a choice board to choose reading materials and be rewarded for their accomplishments with out testing on books or having only certain books in a program.
Benefits to my students
Those students who struggle to read grade level text can be included in a school wide reading program. My hope is to inspire a love of reading and increase struggling students sense of belonging and accomplishment.

I will purchase incentive prizes (mostly school supplies) that student will receive then a set goal is met.
