Goal

The goal of this project is to connect the events that happened in the book we are reading to real life. I would like this to be an opportunity for my 4th grade students to practice leadership skills and work together to accomplish something.

Category

School-Wide, Grade-Level, Or Class Events/Programs - Parent Nights, Honor Roll Celebrations, EOY Events, etc.

What will be done with my students

My students will work together to plan/make/sell lemonade before school for a week to the rest of the grade levels. They will be motivated to complete their work and be responsible so they can participate in this collaboration with their classmates.

Benefits to my students

The money my students raise selling lemonade will be money for our grade level. I will use this money to reward them throughout the year, as they deserve for working hard. They are good students and they deserve to learn at a young age to work hard for what they want.
