Goal
The goal is to provide resources and tools for the middle school fundraising club, enabling students to brainstorm, plan, and execute various fundraising initiatives throughout the year. The funds raised will help offset the costs of school trips, making them more accessible to all students.

What will be done with my students
Students will take ownership of the entire fundraising process, from brainstorming ideas to planning and executing events such as selling ice cream, hosting a movie night, or running a school store. They will also manage the funds raised, learning important skills in budgeting and financial responsibility.
Benefits to my students
Participating in the fundraising club will teach students valuable lessons in leadership, teamwork, and entrepreneurship as they work together to achieve their goals. The funds raised will directly benefit their peers by reducing the cost of school trips, allowing more students to participate in these enriching experiences.
Budget Narrative
The requested funds will be used to purchase initial supplies for the fundraising activities, such as materials for making branded items, inventory for the school store, and promotional materials for events. Additionally, the budget will cover costs for event planning, such as equipment rentals for family movie night and storage materials to help execute the various fundraising activities. These initial investments will enable the club to execute their ideas effectively and generate income that will support school trips throughout the year.
