What will be done with my students
This project would fund our school store. Students earn points throughout the day for meeting school-wide expectations and for being on time. Points are earned for being on time each day, being respectful, being responsible, being safe, and excellent behavior in the cafeteria. There is no cap on the number of points students can receive in a day. The first Friday of each month the students will be able to spend those points in our school store to purchase items of their choosing.
Our students are extrinsically motivated. So, this will help to meet their needs for positive acknowledgement. Last school year we had 432 code calls, 154 referrals, and even more behavior trackers.

Benefits to my students
Student attendance will increase by at least 10% and the number of behavior incidents will decrease by 20% from the previous school year.
