Goal
Project Goal: Objective for Grant Proposal
We seek to secure $1,400 to acquire charms and rings as incentives to reward students for their Attendance, Behavior, and Academic growth. Our goal is to enhance average daily attendance by 5%, improve academic outcomes on Quarterly Mastery Test scores by 5%, and reduce behavioral incidents by 5% through the implementation of a structured reward system. This initiative will not only recognize student achievements publicly throughout the school year but also foster a culture of continuous growth and improvement. By celebrating successes, we aim to create a supportive and motivating school environment.

Benefits to my students
Expected Outcomes
The implementation of the charms incentive program is anticipated to yield significant positive outcomes in various aspects of student performance and behavior. Specifically, we expect the following improvements:
1. Increased QMT Assessment Scores: By providing tangible rewards for academic achievements, we aim to motivate students to perform better in their QMT assessments. We anticipate a 5% increase in scores as students strive to earn charms for their efforts and accomplishments.
2. Improved Student Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. By incentivizing attendance with charms, we expect to see a 5% improvement in student attendance rates. This will ensure that students are present to benefit from instructional time and school activities.
3. Decreased Behavioral Referrals: Positive reinforcement through the charms program will encourage students to exhibit good behavior. We project a 5% decrease in behavioral referrals as students are motivated to follow school rules and demonstrate respectful and responsible behavior.
Overall, the charms incentive program is designed to create a more engaging and supportive school environment, leading to better academic outcomes, improved attendance, and a reduction in behavioral issues.
