Goal
To provide a sense of community and belonging within our student body. Students learn better when they feel connected to their friends and a larger school community. we want all students to feel welcomed and safe and North Naples Middle School.

What will be done with my students
The students will be able to:
Make connections with peers they otherwise may not interact with
Create a positive social atmosphere on our campus
Have a safe haven to go without fear or rejection.
The students will act as ambassadors welcoming students new to our school throughout the year.
Benefits to my students
I plan to have pizzas during our lunch meetings with the ambassadors and also for our new student luncheons which will be done quarterly. I plan to order t-shirts for all We Dine Members to promote unity. $15 a shirt
Budget Narrative
Mrs. Manning and I will have two rooms in the back of the cafeteria so new students can interact with current NNMS students. Selected ambassadors are expected to go in and build relationships and act as mentors to our new students and our students in our Modified Curriculum Program by playing various types of board games, chess, cards and puzzles. We will also throw welcome pizza parties for our new students.
