Goal

I would like to give my students the space to refocus and calm down, so they will be able to come back to learning.

Category

School supplies - Markers, paints, paper, crayons, clay, pencils, sharpies, modeling dough, etc.

What will be done with my students

I will be creating for my students a sensory wall and plushies so that it will help them calm down. This corner will allow the students to gain refocus and come back to the learning environment with a new outlook.

Benefits to my students

This corner would be for my students to help with redirecting their focus when their emotions are escalated. This will also help them calm down and refocus so they will be able to come back to the whole group setting and return to learning.

Budget Narrative

These Items that I will be getting my students will help them calm down and show what emotions that they have with the plushies and allow them to feel the sensory wall to calm down and then return to learning.
