Goal
The project goal is to provide additional visuals and resources to help students who receive speech and language services. We want to see these students improve their speech, language, and overall communication skills.

Learning Aids - Sunshine state book sets, robotics kits, puzzle boards, science models, engineering supplies, etc.
What will be done with my students
This project greatly benefits the students. These additional resources make the kids more attentive during speech and language therapy. It also helps make the students more invested in progress toward their goals.
Benefits to my students
Students will become more attentive and engaged in therapy and will allow them to achieve their individual and specific communication goals/objectives, as documented on their Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Data will be collected to monitor their progress. Each student has a different baseline, but this grant would provide students with materials to hopefully increase their baseline by at least 15%.

This would be extremely beneficial for mixed groups where kids have all different goal during one session. I have seen this program used in therapy sessions, and the kids enjoy it. They stay engaged and in turn make progress toward their goals.
