Hero K-12 is an online program that will allow Webb Middle School to reach every single students’ need, communicate with parents, students can manage their “money” and use their points/funding in the classroom as a currency. The program allows frequent communication with parents. The program is very user friendly using an App or logging into the computer to manage account. A wonderful enhancement about this program is the fact that it allows teachers to link the rosters to the program automatically. Administration is able to quickly see the behaviors that are happening in the classroom and rewarded for it. Administration can support teachers, students, and parents using a quick glance at Hero K-12 data. This program supports Tier 1 and Tier 2 behaviors. Students can “spend” their virtual spider dollars for various rewards. This wonderful application also affords the opportunity for elearners to earn their virtual spider dollars as well. This program opens the door for students to earn money, manage money, improve behavior, participate in classroom incentives, school wide incentives. Hero K-12 total cost is $4150, but as of now, once we obtain our grant of $2000, the other $2150 will be matched. This program is like no other program that is on the market. It is innovative, it thinks outside of the box, it’s accessible to all students, all teachers, all parents, and all administrators, but still secures student privacy.
This program will benefit our title 1 renaissance school greatly from the paper spider dollars we have used in the past. This program will truly reach every child in our school.

This project benefits students in the following ways:
-They learn how to administer their money.
-They learn what behaviors are the norm and they are rewarded for it.
-They learn to save their money for the incentives they desire.
-It works for e-learner and face to face learners.
- They learn valuable skills to work for what they desire and teaches them money management.
-it works like a bank account in terms they get virtual money deposited and they also get money withdraws.
-They will benefit by earning currency that they can use to purchase classroom supplies. Alleviating the burden from parents to purchase their consumables.
- promotes self-esteem because students can learn he value of money and the power of independence from earning it and spending it in a secure setting.
Webb Middle School will implement program during second semester once funding and program is purchased for the school.
We expected e-learners participation and face to face students to manage their spider dollars in the app. We expect to roll monthly incentives' for students to use their money as well as earning opportunities in the classroom.
the Cost of the program for the 1rst year is $4150
it includes a one time initiation and support fee of $1,750 and the $2400, 12 month subscription.
