Thank you to the following investor for funding this grant.
Spurlino Foundation - $2,000.00
Our goal at Webb middle school is to recognize the outstanding student behavior that is on display daily. Webb has completely changed its reputation within the community as a productive community partner, a desired school for school choice, exemplary teaching staff, supportive administration, highly rated Title 1 and Renaissance School. Because of all of these accomplishments, our school goal is to continue meeting these standards, but also excel even higher becoming a state-wide model for PBIS. Our goal is simple, create the most unique, innovative, rewarding, and desired PBIS system in the state of Florida.
As of now, we have Spider Dollars. Students earn these dollars by demonstrating exceptional character, morals, decision making, academic success, and positive contribution to our community. With these Spider Dollars, students are able to purchase desired items of their choice. Our goal is to have a fully operable student store that utilizes students, faculty, banking operations, money management, and purchasing capability. Our goal is to involve the entire school by either rewarding, working, purchasing, creating, or demonstrating positive behaviors that benefit and strengthen the community.
Our expected outcome is to create a state-of-the art positive behavioral intervention system that incorporates the entire school and community. By funding this grant, you are funding a better future and environment for our learners. We will have a state-of-the-art PBIS system with systems in place to incorporate all of the core subjects along with tangible items that students work for and earn.
