Lightning Foundation - $1,865.00
These requested materials are meant to support our population of title 1 students and recognize the work they put in every single day to overcome barriers of trauma and limited background experiences. Students will be recognized (earn Dolphin Dollars) for demonstrating the Mango expectations. By rewarding students for their positive choices, Mango will excel in being a PBIS school and student achievement and social emotional well- being will increase.
The service is an online subscription that allows all school staff to reward students using a point system “ dolphin dollars”. Staff can access it using an app or computer . The student fee includes access to pull reports per student, and implement check in/check out services for tier 2 behavior.

1. Allows students to be recognized for meeting behavior expectations anywhere in the school.
2. Students will grow and develop through acknowledgment of individually student successes.
3. Eliminates paper tickets and increases instructional time.
By providing a resource to acknowledge students positive choices,
Mango will create a positive climate in which every student can learn and grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Students will be given the opportunity to spend their "Dolphin Dollars" to purchase incentives/ rewards that build trust between students and staff, promote school spirit, and a sense of belonging.
