My goal is to purchase STEM resources for my students. I would like to purchase coding, building, investigation, and other hands-on-tools to support my students with their STEM lessons each day. I am excited to purchase engaging items for my younger girls who aren't easily engaged with the standard STEM items.
This project will allow my students to be engaged in various STEM activities before school, during indoor recess, and during our STEM blocks each day. We are very limited on supplies and there is currently no money to purchase hands-on STEM materials. My students would love to have the opportunity to experience STEM things that they wouldn't traditionally have access to.
I expect for our students to have access each day to STEM materials. I also hope that this will help my reluctant girls and encourage them to explore STEM as well. They are often hesitant to engage in STEM activities so I hope that these specific items will help them.
I am ordering multiples of each item so they can be shared with other second grade classrooms. These items will be purchased tax free from Amazon.
