Our school theme this year is One Team. Growing Together.
Students will investigate and describe how plants respond to stimuli (heat, light, gravity), such as the way plant stems grow toward light and their roots grow downward in response to gravity.
Students will harvest fruits and vegetables that grow.
Students will develop an understanding of Living Organisms.
Make observations of living things and their environment using the five senses. As well as make connections to how our plants grow to how they grow as LEARNERS!
The itemized list above will allow the plants to protected by bugs and our squirrel population that likes to snack! As well as items to help fertilize and water! The picture is the area our staff has prepared for this school year!
