The goal of this project is to acknowledge and reward students for meeting positive behavior expectations.
This project will enhance the positive culture at our schools. Students will have regular recognize based on positive decision-making. Often, schools get in the habit of focusing on negative choices. We would like to decrease the number of students who receive discipline consequences by focusing on the students who are meeting the expectations.
The incentives will include items that high school students value such as car wash kits, rubber motivational bracelets,
We will decrease the number of office referrals by 25% from last year.
80% of our students will receive positive incentives by the end of the school year.
End of the year surveys for both students and staff will show positive improvement by 15%.
These items will be used as a part of our PBIS incentive program where students can use Brandon Bucks to receive items. These items should fund the store for at least 75% of our students to access for the first semester.
