Project Goal

To provide 9th graders entering Algebra with resources that will allow them to be successful in high school. Students are entering the 9th grade, expected to learn Algebra when they are not fluent or have forgotten their basic multiplications skills/facts. This makes learning new concepts difficult and more time consuming.  

 

How Project Benefits Students

These additional resources will allow students to practice their facts and become more fluent allowing them to feel more confident and be more successful in their math classes.  

 

Expected Outcome(s)

Students will become more fluent in their multiplication facts.

4 sets of multiplication Jenga
2 sets of math dice for multiplication and division games.
