To improve student academics, behavior and attendance at James Elementary.
At James Elementary which is a title 1 school we service students who struggle to put forth effort in doing well as well as students who are reluctant to try to do well. With the use of external motivators students will be inspired to try their best. Students who witness their peers receiving acknowledgement for simply coming to school each day will be encouraged to attend school more often and on time. Helping to encourage positive behavior will help to boost the climate in the school.
Improve or increase by 20% student attendance, behavior and academics over time.
