As a Title 1 school that serves mostly low income families with limited access to top-tier school supplies, I am hoping to provide quality headphones to my students to accompany their learning (and ability to take online tests and assessments) in all areas of academic education.
These headphones would be used everyday by students, whether it's for Iready minutes and diagnostics, listening to their Wonders ELA stories, exploring topics on Mystery Science or engaging their math stories on StemScopes. Every curriculum area has a need for technology and students need good headphones are to be able to engage in their own learning and not be distracted by sounds in the room or other students earphone noises.
I expect students to be able to focus and excel in school with the use of quality headphones. Each student will be responsible for the care of their given pair, as to aide in their ability to listen and learn with online curriculum. Students Iready and FAST assessments will be analyzed and data collected for learning outcomes and growth.
