To increase social skills through participation in a musical rock band group for school wide performances. In order to have performances, our school is in need of an outdoor sound system.
LaVoy is a center school for exceptional student education students. ESE students will greatly benefit by having the opportunity to participate in a musical performance. Research shows that musical performances increase social skills, cognitive skills and musical skills for this population of students. These skills are all goals that are addressed on our ESE students' individual educational plans.
Students will feel successful at accomplishing the goal of participating in a musical performance and this will increase their self esteem and social skills in addition to cognitive skills. The entire school will benefit by coming together to enjoy a musical performance.
All in one PA system with 10 channels, powered mixer, full range speakers, blue tooth streaming, 13 inputs.
