Project Goal

The goal of this project is to give our ESE students an opportunity to have a fun and enjoyable experience outside of the school setting.

How Project Benefits Students

This project would allow of students to experience a different environment. They would get to go on a trip that was built to support their needs without limitations. They will get to enjoy a field trip designed just for them.

https://www.werockthespectrumtampa.com/ is the location of the field trip we would like to go to. It is a play gym designed for students with varying abilities.

Expected Outcome(s)

Student enjoyment!! Students get to interact with a disability friendly environment. The students will be able to see that they are not limited because of their disability. This will allow them to see they can have fun and enjoy the world the same way their non-disabled peers do.

Detailed Cost Summary

$200 per bus and student fee and we will need at least 2 buses to transport our students. We rounded up to $450 because if we have more students enroll before the field trip date, they will be able to attend the trip also if we have the money to pay for their spot.
