Project Goal
Hello!
At Franklin BPA (a Title-One All Boys Public Middle Magnet school) we are incentivizing students to come to school regularly, to have better peer relationships, to take accountability with their grades and their conduct. To do this, we would like to have Quarterly and sometimes weekly parties to celebrate. There will both inside parties (glow party) and outside field days. Many of the items will be able to be used multiple times for many years.

How Project Benefits Students
This grant would benefit students by increasing their attendance, giving incentives to work on improving grades, and giving incentives for good behavior. When more students improve behavior and attend school regularly, the improving of grades should come easily for most! We would like to reward them for their hard work with awesome incentive parties and make them see that working hard pays off!
Expected Outcome(s)
We except 90 percent of our students will be able to attend at least one incentive party throughout the school year. We except to see less absences, better grades, and less negative behaviors. As a result, we also hope to see an improvement in our PM3 scores overall.
