Goal
Engage students in reading with nonfiction books that are on their levels.
What will be done with my students
Students will read the nonfiction books in small group instruction with the teacher. They will be able to work on comprehension strategies with these books.
Benefits to my students
Students will be able to enjoy a variety of nonfiction leveled books. Since the books will be close to the students reading levels, they will be able to use these books in reading groups, centers and partner reading.

Using scholastic, I will order a variety of nonfiction books.
