Goal

Engage readers by giving them an easy-to-navigate, intuitive reading experience they can enjoy anywhere. Enhanced to include a FREE offline PDF version, these eBooks allow students to read whenever, wherever.

What will be done with my students

Students will be able to access 36 history books in any of three formats. Students may check out the hardback copy, or the eBook, or a PDF offline version of the book by scanning the QR Code labels.

Benefits to my students

Students will have easy access to nonfiction history titles. If more than one student needs the book, students may either check out the hardcover book or eBook or download the text of the book in PDF format. By purchasing the eBook our school will receive the hardcover of the book free. By ordering over $500 in eBooks, our school will receive 5 free books.

Budget Narrative

With this grant we will purchase 26 eBooks from ABCO Educational Publishers. Through their Digital Bookshelves we will be able to purchase 26 titles and receive 10 free titles. Also through ABCO's Instant Access offer we will receive a free hardcover book for each purchased eBook. The total cost of these 26 titles will be $991.70.
