Goal
I really need to expand my book collection and create a reading area for my students! We have an hour a day to read but they spend so much time looking for books that they might enjoy that they barely read.
What will be done with my students
Students will be able to choose from a wide variety of age appropriate books and will find their own comfy spot to enjoy their reading.
Benefits to my students
Students will develop a love of learning. They will be able to choose books that represent who they are and where they've come from as well as learning about other cultures throughout the world.
Budget Narrative
Anything that is given will be used to expand our classroom library. Books can be purchased at the used book store as often as necessary. All items purchased would be used to assist students in enhancing their love of reading.
